Dear ACPME

I’m soon changing roles next week to move to Estates (Space Planning & Utilisation Manager).

Obviously now going to miss the Glasgow conference which I’m gutted about so thank you for all your support over the years, especially Rebecca B and Nigel P who have assisted greatly in my development and took me under their wing. I knew absolutely nothing about print when I joined the University eight years ago, so owe a huge debt to all your guidance, friendship and assistance. I have loved every moment.

The ACPME group have helped our department grow from a little copy shop to being on the verge of launching an online portal (still testing but due to go live over the summer), and at all times making profit whilst operating as close to being fully-self funded as you can possibly be within a University.

My new role will still take me to various Universities, so might even bump into you again yet.

I’ll let Roy know about my replacement, so hopefully they can take my place in Scotland. I know they’ll be welcomed with open arms.

I honestly couldn’t have done it without you. Such a friendly and knowledgeable group.
