The judges were impressed with the technical excellence of this submission. 

They thought the images captured the energy and atmosphere of the festival with effective use of both natural and artificial lighting.

The judges were impressed with this excellent and original creative interpretation of a brief with innovative modern print on old Henderson’s Relish factory roof tiles. Far from a typical print substrate. They were also impressed by the departmental collaboration – between Print and Creative Services, Architecture and Engineering.

University OF DERBY

The judges commented on the excellent digital printing and finishing processes, with effective use of metallic digital gold ink. They saw how this printed piece transformed what the department can offer.

The judges said this was a terrific delivery of a brief.  The entry demonstrated multiple print and finishing techniques. Very well executed.
