The ACPME Covid-19 Special Awards celebrate achievements through the global pandemic

Best-supporting the diverse needs of an HE/FE institution with design, print and photography that is creative, cost-saving and timely can be challenging in ‘normal’ times. ACPME members excel at ‘bending over backwards’ to ensure their academic staff, students and support colleagues get exactly what they need, when they want it and at keeping funds on campus.

The global pandemic has made this year anything other than ‘normal’. Many of our members and the majority of their teams have been furloughed and/or challenged with delivering the best services possible while working from home or with skeleton staff in the workplace.

To celebrate members’ achievements, we ‘normally’ hold annual Creative & Print Awards. These are presented face-to-face and with razzmatazz at our Annual Conference. With government restrictions on events, ACPME have been forced to postpone this year’s conference and awards until 2021. However, as an association we are determined to celebrate the fantastic work/efforts that we’ve heard about on the ACPME Members’ JiscMail forum and discussed during our many keep-in-touch virtual meetings. Hence the ACPME 2020 Covid-19 Special Awards which will be presented at our Creative Climates Virtual Event on Tuesday 1 December at 4pm.

We recognise that some members may have limited access to their working environment and that submitting for awards may feel like additional work in these challenging times. To make it easy to enter, we have three simple categories and have reduced the criteria for submitting entries.

The categories (below) recognise achievements in adversity by whole teams, by individual members of staff and the amazing efforts our valued suppliers have made to support us during the global pandemic.

Please enter. We want to hear your stories and acknowledge your hard work.
